What It Means:

Garrett is practicing for the first time since suffering a high-ankle sprain prior to the regular season opener. He has yet to make his rookie debut and is unlikely to do so this week. A Week 5 return is definitely in the cards for Garrett.

Garrett's projected for 14.2 tackles, 1.45 sacks and 0.3 forced fumbles on the year. If he somehow takes the field this week, we expect him to provide 1.2 tackles and 0.12 sacks in limited time against the Cincinnati Bengals.
