Panthers' Russell Shepard not expected to break out in Week 4
Russell Shepard and the Carolina Panthers take on the New England Patriots in Week 4.
Shepard has been held in check since hauling in two catches for 53 yards and a score in Week 1. Over the past two weeks, the former Buccaneer has one catch on three targets for six yards. With Kelvin Benjamin's Week 4 status a bit murky, Shepard could see more traffic come his way. Additionally, he has a favorable matchup in this Sunday, as the Patriots currently sport the worst pass yards per game mark in the league.
Our models rank Shepard as the 67th-best wide receiver in Week 4. We expect him to put up 5.3 FanDuel points with 1.73 receptions for 29.51 yards and 0.25 touchdowns on 3.02 targets. He will run you $5,300 for this weekend's slate.
