Charles Sims not expected to be big part of Buccaneers' passing attack
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Charles Sims is only expected to see 1.7 targets in Week 4 versus the New York Giants, according to numberFire's projections.
After being targeted just once in Week 3, the Buccaneers' assumed passing-down back hasn't been as involved early-on as many believed he would during Doug Martin's three-game PED suspension. The 2014 third-round pick is averaging just 3.1 yards per touch on 4 carries and 3 catches (4 targets) this season. Even in deeper PPR formats, Sims doesn't carry much fantasy value into Week 4.
numberFire's models project Sims to score 3.3 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,300 versus the Giants. He's the RB68 in our weekly fantasy PPR rankings.
