Eagles' Carson Wentz has a quiet day in narrow victory over Giants
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz completed 21-of-31 passes for 176 yards and 1 touchdown in a 27-24 win over the New York Giants.
The Eagles needed a 61-yard field goal from rookie kicker Jake Elliot at the end of regulation to get the win. It was a disappointing performance for Wentz, and his first game below 300 yards passing this year. He'll look to get back on track on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.
Wentz scored 13.24 FanDuel points in Week 3, which failed to meet his numberFire projection (16.8). He registered -3.22 Passing Net Expected Points, per numberFire Live.
