Giants' Olivier Vernon dealing with ankle injury
New York Giants defensive lineman Olivier Vernon is dealing with an ankle injury.
What It Means:
"It’s still early in the week," head coach Ben McAdoo said Monday. "We have to see how he responds to treatment." Vernon missed 17 snaps against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3. The Giants travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers next Sunday.
Through three games this season, Vernon has 12 tackles (7 solo) and 2 sacks.
