Brian Hoyer takes responsibility for 49ers' poor start
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brian Hoyer feels responsible for the team's 0-2 start this season.
“Really, when it comes down to it, I have to play a whole lot better. I’m disappointed with myself,†Hoyer admitted. “I don’t think there’s really any moral victories in the NFL. And especially with the way I played, I feel pretty bad about it right now." Hoyer completed 15-of-27 passes for 99 yards and an interception in the 49er's Week 2 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The offense will be looking for its first touchdown in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.
numberFire's models project Hoyer for 252.9 passing yards, 1.69 touchdowns, and 1.1 interceptions versus the Rams. He's our QB25 for Week 3.
