Chiefs' Travis Kelce to be focus of Patriots' defense on Thursday
The New England Patriots will focus on "taking away/limiting" Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on Thursday night, according to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herlad.
Howe claims that Kelce will be shadowed by defensive back Patrick Chung all night during the Week 1 matchup. The Patriots also have packages prepared to give Chung support when necessary. This may not bode well for the Chiefs' star tight end, but it could mean more big-play opportunities for Tyreek Hill.
Kelce is numberFire's TE3 for Week 1, and we project him to turn in 4.9 catches with 57.0 yards and 0.46 touchdowns while scoring 11.0 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,500 versus the Patriots.
