D'Onta Foreman (sprain), Alfred Blue (groin) questionable for Texans in Week 1
Houston Texans running backs D'Onta Foreman (groin) and Alfred Blue (high-ankle sprain) "have a chance" to play in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, head coach Bill O'Brien said Monday.
Foreman and Blue both suffered their injuries late in training camp, so the Texans are currently carrying five running backs on the roster (Lamar Miller, Tyler Ervin, Jordan Todman). The third-round rookie is a superior talent to Blue, but it's unclear how the two stand on the Texans' depth chart when healthy.
Assuming he plays, Foreman is numberFire's RB65 for Week 1. We project him to total 22.8 yards and 0.05 touchdowns on 4.1 offensive touches. Blue is the RB72.
