Michael Floyd (suspension) quiet for Vikings in preseason
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Michael Floyd (suspension) has 4 receptions for 36 yards through two preseason contests.
Floyd, who will be suspended for the first four games of the regular season, hasn't been able to translate his impressive training camp into on-field success through the Vikings' first two exhibition contests. After receiving praise from head coach Mike Zimmer for his performance in camp, it appeared that Floyd had secured the third receiver role in Minnesota, but it now looks like he will be in competition with Laquon Treadwell and Jarius Wright for the job.
numberFire's models expect Floyd to catch just 16.7 passes for 223.0 yards and 1.32 touchdowns with the Vikings in 2017.
