Giovani Bernard (knee) still hasn't taken a preseason snap
Cincinnati Bengals running back Gio Bernard (knee) has yet to take a snap through two preseason games.
What It Means:
This doesn't come as a big surprise, as Bernard is returning from a torn ACL. He has been recovering ahead of schedule though, avoiding being placed on the PUP list, and has a real chance of being ready to go for Week 1.
In a crowded Cincinnati backfield, numberFire's models project Bernard for 455.7 yards and 2.8 touchdowns on 110.5 carries as well as 248.3 yards and 1.3 touchdowns on 28.2 receptions. He is our 43rd-ranked fantasy running back for the season.
