Bruce Arians calls Jaron Brown the Cardinals' number-two wideout
Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians has said that Jaron Brown is the team's number two wide receiver.
He did qualify the statement with "right now' -- leaving the door open for John Brown to return to that role if he can get healthy following his most recent quad injury. The Cardinals' wide receiver depth chart is crowded, with J.J. Nelson and both John and Jaron Brown fighting for targets behind Larry Fitzgerald.
numberFire's models do not account for Jaron Brown playing a significant role in the Cardinals' offense, projecting him for only 4.4 receptions, 65 yards and 0.5 touchdowns on the year.
