Colts' tight end Erik Swoope undergoes a knee scope
Indianapolis Colts tight end Erik Swoope underwent arthroscopic knee surgery and is considered week to week.
What It Means:
Swoope is still in line for a larger role in Indy after the departure Dwayne Allen, despite the surgery. Swoope is expected back for Week 1, where he will back up Jack Doyle and also sub in when the Colts use multiple tight end sets.
