Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliot's suspension expected to be around 6 games
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is expected to be suspended for around six games, per NFL Network's Jane Slater.
Elliott's suspension is expected to come today, so we won't likely have to wait too much longer with speculation. Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris would both stand to see significantly increased workloads for as long as Elliott is out.
Not accounting for the suspension, numberFire's models project Elliott for 1457 yards and 12 touchdowns on 305 carries as well as 473 yards and 2 touchdowns on 50 receptions, making him our third-ranked fantasy running back. A six-week suspension would obviously be a significant blow to his stock.
