Paul Richardson could see larger role in Seahawks' offense
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Paul Richardson "absolutely [has] an opportunity" to earn more snaps in 2017, believes ESPN Seahawks reporter Sheil Kapadia.
Richardson caught 15-of-19 targets for 213 yards and two touchdowns over the final four games of the season, including the playoffs, a span in which he played 66.9 percent of the Seahawks' offensive downs. He could take snaps away from Jermaine Kearse in three-wide sets for Seattle.
Richardson finished with 0.70 Reception Net Expected Points per target on his 36 looks last season, fourth among the five Seattle receivers to see at least 10 targets in 2016.
