Robert Woods heading to Los Angeles
The Los Angeles Rams agreed to terms with wide receiver Robert Woods, formerly of the Buffalo Bills, on a five-year, $39-million contract.
Woods will receive $15 million guaranteed, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. He saw only 71 targets last season in a run-dominant Bills offense, but that number should increase under new Rams head coach Sean McVay.
Woods turned out a 0.68 Reception Net Expected Points per target last year on 76 targets, the 32nd-best rate among the 68 receivers with at least 75 targets in 2016.
