Darrelle Revis seeking only a $2-million salary for 2017
Free agent defensive back Darrelle Revis' associates believe he wants $8 million-plus to consider playing in 2017, reports ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio.
The New York Jets owe Revis a guaranteed $6 million this upcoming season, so he's really only asking for an additional $2 million to play for another team. He hasn't seen any interest since the Jets released him last week, however, so it's possible we've seen Revis play his last down in the NFL.
