Steelers could move on from Ladarius Green this offseason
The Pittsburgh Steelers could move on from tight end Ladarius Green this offseason, Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said.
Bouchette expressed a similar sentiment earlier this week when he said the Steelers couldn't count on Green for 2017. Green's talent is without question but his lingering concussion issues complicate his future in the NFL. It's possible the Steelers decide to cut their losses and let Green be somebody else's problem. That would allow Jesse James to occupy the lead role at tight end in Pittsburgh.
Green's Reception Net Expected Points per target ranks fifth among the 43 tight ends to receive at least 30 targets this year.
