BenJarvus Green-Ellis wants to play in the NFL again
Running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis wants to play in the NFL again. According to he and his agent, there is interest both ways, and he is looking for the right fit.
With a few teams having uncertain backfield situations, it's not that crazy. Green-Ellis is 30 but didn't play last year because of a torn oblique muscle.
Green-Ellis had a rough year in 2013 with the Cincinnati Bengals, his last year in the league. His Rushing Net Expected Points score of -17.96 indicated that he lost nearly 18 points from the Bengals' expected output. That ranked him 19th among 22 rushers with at least 200 carries.
