Raiders will be without Donald Penn (knee) in Wild Card round
Oakland Raiders left tackle Donald Penn (knee) is out for Saturday's Wild Card game against the Houston Texans.
Rookie quarterback Connor Cook will now be making his first career start in a playoff game without his starting left tackle. It's abysmal news for a Raiders squad that has already lost the first two quarterbacks on the depth chart. Latavius Murray should see plenty of volume on Saturday, but the running lanes may not be very easy to come by. It ends a streak of 155 consecutive games played for Penn, who will be replaced by Menelik Watson.
Murray is numberFire's fourth-ranked running back for the Wild Card round, and we project him to rush 16 times for 63 yards and 0.38 touchdowns, with another 16 receiving yards on 2 catches.
