According to Texans beat writer John Harris, tight end Garrett Graham is "dominating linebackers and/or safeties" when running routes.
What It Means:
Graham is currently slotted atop the Texans depth chart at tight end. There are plenty of targets for the taking in the Texans passing game after the departure of Andre Johnson.
The Texans ranked 19th in our schedule-adjusted Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) metric last season. Graham ranked in the bottom-20 among all tight ends with a 0.55 Reception NEP per target on a small sample size of 28 targets. We project Graham to finish the year with 42 receptions, 419 receiving yards, and three receiving touchdowns, as the 26th ranked fantasy tight end. He is currently off the fantasy radar.
