Packers suggest Ty Montgomery's workload could grow
Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy thinks "there's more to do with" Ty Montgomery.
What It Means:
Montgomery toted the rock a season-high 16 times against the Chicago Bears last Sunday, and responded with 162 yards and a pair of scores. It was the first time he saw double-digit carries all season. James Starks (concussion) will eventually return, but Montgomery is clearly Green Bay's best option in the backfield.
