Panthers' Kelvin Benjamin expects Josh Norman to check him versus Washington
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin expects Washington cornerback Josh Norman to shadow him Monday night.
Benjamin has 104.5 fantasy points this season, with 44.4 of them coming in the first two weeks. In other words, 42.5 percent of Benjamin's total fantasy production in 2016 came during the Panthers' first two games. He's found the end zone just twice since then, and things have actually gotten worse over the past month, with the third-year wideout averaging a pitiful two catches per game over the past four contests. A matchup with Norman doesn't set up well for Benjamin to turn it around in Week 15.
Among the 48 receivers with at least 75 targets this season, Benjamin's 0.52 percent Catch Rate is sixth-worst. In terms of Reception Net Expected Points per target, he ranks 25th.
