Todd Gurley criticizes Rams' offense after Week 14 debacle

Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley said the team "looked like a middle school offense" against the Atlanta Falcons.

What It Means:

Gurley was seen on the sidelines getting after rookie quarterback Jared Goff during the game, and he questioned the effort of his teammates after the loss. "I don't care if we're out of the playoffs or not," Gurley said. "Just come up, show up, play. That's why we play this game. Show up, play." Gurley has not been great himself this season, but he is getting zero help from his teammates. Head coach Jeff Fisher might make enough excuses to keep his job another season, but it is clear to everyone outside the organization -- and likely many people on the inside -- they need a change.

Gurley earned 2.27 Net Expected Points on 16 rushes in Week 14, per numberFire Live.
