Falcons' Julio Jones (toe) unlikely to suit up Sunday
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (toe, questionable) is not expecting to play in Week 14 against the Los Angeles Rams, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution tweeted Friday.
What It Means:
This is just a beat writer guess, but reinforces that Julio is no lock to be active against the Rams after he did little to nothing during the practice week. Officially, Jones was listed as "DNP" all three days. Head coach Dan Quinn said Friday that he "anticipates" Julio playing, but that may be mere coachspeak. If Julio is indeed active, he will be a boom-bust fantasy star.
Jones is our fifth-best fantasy wideout this week, with a projection of 77 receiving yards and 0.65 touchdowns on 5 catches.
