Buccaneers' Charles Sims (knee, IR) returns to practice, eligible for Week 14
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Charles Sims (knee, injured reserve) returned to practice Wednesday.
Sims won't be eligible to play in a game until Week 14, but this puts him on track to do so. The Buccaneers have a tasty schedule for the fantasy playoffs, so Sims could return solid RB3/FLEX value.
Among the 55 running backs with at least 15 targets this season, Sims ranks 15th in Reception Net Expected Points per target.
