Tevin Coleman scheduled for 'rehab run' at Falcons' practice

Atlanta Falcons running back Tevin Coleman (hamstring) will do a "rehab run" on Tuesday.

What It Means:

Coleman's strength is back, according to head coach Dan Quinn, but he "needs to see the explosion" from his second-year back. He's doubtful for Thursday night versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but would likely have been available on a normal week. Terron Ward will serve as Devonta Freeman's backup again.

Out of the 39 running backs with at least 50 carries this season, Coleman ranks sixth in Rushing Net Expected Points per play.
