LeSean McCoy (hamstring) will not practice for Bills Wednesday
Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy (hamstring) will not practice Wednesday.
"We'll see how he progresses through the week," head coach Rex Ryan said. McCoy is getting treatment around the clock, but it's really hard to see the Bills pushing him to play after foolishly doing so last week only to see McCoy re-injure the hamstring and probably cause further damage. Mike Gillislee is the favorite to start this week.
We're currently unsure of McCoy's status, so our models project a split between McCoy and Gillislee for Week 8. They rank 24th and 25th among fantasy running backs this week, but if one sits, the other will be a low-end top-10 running back by our algorithms.
