Josh McCown (collarbone) could return for Browns this week
Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown (collarbone) has "a chance" to return this week, head coach Hue Jackson said.
Cody Kessler is expected to remain the starter when healthy, but he exited Sunday's game with a concussion. That leaves rookie Kevin Hogan as the only healthy option if McCown is unable to make it back. Whoever is healthy and starting would be worth a look for quarterback streamers against the New York Jets in Week 8.
Before leaving in Week 7, Kessler was 9-of-11 passing for 82 yards, earning 4.41 Net Expected Points (NEP), per numberFire Live. Hogan earned -5.78 NEP on his 24 passes and 8.21 NEP on his 7 rushes.
