Sammy Watkins officially ruled out for Bills in Week 4
The Buffalo Bills have ruled out wide receiver Sammy Watkins (foot) for Week 4's game against the New England Patriots.
This comes as no surprise, as Watkins hasn't practiced all week, and it will be his second straight missed game. Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin stand to see increased roles with Watkins out again.
Among the 93 wide receivers to have seen at least 10 targets this season, Watkins ranks 68th with 0.53 Reception Net Expected Points per target.
