Albert Wilson

Albert Wilson working in the slot for Chiefs

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Albert Wilson got the majority of slot reps at OTA's.

What It Means:

Wilson worked only on the perimeter his first two years. The Chiefs are moving him inside, with second-year Chris Conley getting reps opposite Jeremy Maclin. This could increase Wilson's volume, but will diminish his yardage efficiency.

Wilson racked up 0.55 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) per target last year on 57 targets for the Chiefs, which was 74th among the 86 wide receivers with at least 50 targets in 2015. Conley wasn't much more effective on his 31 targets, with just a 0.56 Reception NEP per target.
