Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams has been suspended 6 games for violation of the NFL’s gambling policy.
Williams reportedly bet on college football games from league facilities. The NFL allows betting on college football games, but placing them in league facilities is prohibited. Williams spent most of his rookie season recovering from an ACL injury and played just 74 snaps over the final six games of the season.
Williams caught 1 pass on 9 targets for a 41-yard touchdown.
