Commanders' Jahan Dotson (hamstring) still not practicing
Washington Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson (hamstring) is still not practicing.
Dotson aggravated his hamstring injury at practice a couple weeks ago and he's been inactive since. The rookie-first rounder had already missed two games prior to that and he's headed for another absence in Week 9 against the Minnesota Vikings. Curtis Samuel and Terry McLaurin should continue to see most of the targets for the Commanders. J.D. McKissic (neck) is trending toward not playing, so there could be additional volume available for Antonio Gibson and Logan Thomas (calf).
Since Dotson went down in Week 4, Samuel and McLaurin are tied with team-high 21.5% target shares. The Vikings have the No. 21 pass defense in numberFire's advanced team metrics for the season.
