Panthers' Chuba Hubbard (ankle) DNP on Wednesday
Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday ahead of Week 8's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Hubbard is dealing with an ankle injury and was absent from practice on Wednesday to start the week, seen riding a bike in a red non-contact jersey. On Monday, the Panthers expressed optimism about Hubbard's ankle, but the missed practice to start the week puts his availability for Sunday in jeopardy. Thursday's practice report will provide more information. D'Onta Foreman would see an increase in touches against the Falcons if Hubbard is unavailable.
Hubbard's current Week 8 projection includes 19.5 rushing yards, 0.16 total touchdowns, and 4.1 FanDuel points. His salary is $6,200.
