49ers elevate Marlon Mack to active roster
Former Houston Texans running back Marlon Mack was elevated to the San Francisco 49ers' active roster on Tuesday, ahead of Week 3's game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football.
Mack will join the 49ers' active roster after injuries to Elijah Mitchell (knee) and Tyrion Davis-Price (ankle) left them shorthanded at the running back position. Mack will join expected starter Jeff Wilson and rookie Jordan Mason in San Francisco's backfield.
The 49ers are 1.0-point favorites over the Broncos in Week 3.
