Ty Montgomery (knee) questionable for Patriots in Week 1
New England Patriots wide receiver Ty Montgomery is considered questionable to play Sunday in the team's Week 1 game against the Miami Dolphins.
Montgomery is dealing with a knee injury, which he suffered in Week 3 of the preseason. During practice leading up to the season-opener, he had three consecutive limited sessions. That's usually a precursor to an active tag come Sunday, but it's still worth monitoring over the next 36-plus hours. With James White out, Montgomery has a chance to carve out a role as a third-down back for the Pats.
Our models currently project Montgomery for 1.3 catches for 10.9 receiving yards and 0.1 touchdowns, totalling 3.8 FanDuel points.
