Ravens' Rashod Bateman (undisclosed) returns to practice Monday
Baltimore Ravens receiver Rashod Bateman (undisclosed) returned to practice Monday after sitting out the team's previous session.
Bateman only missed one practice before returning, so it seems like the team is just managing their WR1's reps before the start of the season. The 2021 first-round pick had been lighting up camp a season ago before suffering a core muscle injury that kept him sidelined well into the season, so it makes sense for the team to take a cautious approach with his health before the season begins.
With Marquise Brown out in Arizona for the season, our models project Bateman to lead the Ravens' wideouts in receiving in 2021, with 116 targets, 72 catches, 865 yards, and 5 scores. He projects as our WR39 for the season.
