Vikings' Adam Thielen (ankle) expected to play in Week 16
Minnesota Vikings receiver Adam Thielen (ankle) is expected to suit up for Sunday's Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Thielen suffered a sprained ankle back in Week 13, but by all reports (including his own) has made a surprisingly quick recovery. With a positive week of limited practices under his belt, Thielen is now trending towards returning for the Vikings' tough matchup with the Rams.
Thielen has a $7,200 salary on FanDuel and is projected to score 10.3 fantasy points against the Rams. Teammate Justin Jefferson should draw a fair amount of coverage from elite defensive back Jalen Ramsey, meaning Thielen could benefit from seeing less defensive attention.
