Bears' Justin Fields dealing with "a few cracked ribs"
Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields is reportedly dealing with "a few cracked ribs" according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
A report earlier this week indicated that Fields had only suffered bruised ribs, but an MRI revealed several cracked ribs, including a hairline fracture. Fields is still expected back "shortly" but the injury is worse than originally thought. Monitor Fields' status closely leading up to Week 13's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
If Fields is active and starting, our models project him for 207.3 passing yards, 1.23 touchdowns, 0.71 interceptions, 27.7 rushing yards, and 15.4 FanDuel points against the Cardinals in Week 13.
