Dak Prescott (calf) confident in Week 9 status for Dallas
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott (calf) said it's "safe to say" he will be starting against the Denver Broncos in Week 9.
What It Means:
Prescott has been fully expected to return on Sunday after being held out last week. Cooper Rush filled in admirably, but Prescott's return is an upgrade for Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb (ankle). Prescott has three-plus touchdown passes in five-of-six games this season.
Dak is the QB5 in numberFire's Week 9 fantasy rankings and our models project him to score 22.5 FanDuel points. The Broncos have the No. 13 pass defense in our adjusted efficiency metrics and they are allowing the third-fewest FanDuel points per game to the quarterback position this season.
