Seahawks place Travis Homer (knee) on injured reserve
The Seattle Seahawks placed running back Travis Homer (knee) on the injured reserve.
The move made room on the active roster for running back Rashaad Penny, who is just now returning from the ACL injury he suffered late last year. Homer played behind Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde throughout the season, backing them up with teammate DeeJay Dallas.
Homer didn't get a ton of reps during the 2020 season, but has flashed some upside as a pass-catcher; back in Week 9 he caught 3 passes for 64 yards.
