Seahawks' Rashaad Penny (knee) designated to return to practice Wednesday
Seattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny has been designated to return from the injured reserve.
For the first time all season, Penny participated in a team practice Wednesday. This starts the 21-day window for his activation, so Penny could potentially suit up and play in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on his participation levels over the next few days.
