Ezekiel Elliott still has tight hamstring after Cowboys' bye
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott said he's still dealing with some hamstring tightness coming out of the bye.
"It's a little stiff," Elliott said of his hamstring. "It's something that I'm working on every day." Elliott was listed as questionable due to the hamstring issue for the Cowboys' Week 9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he wound up with 20 touches for 69 yards on 65.3 percent of the offensive snaps. The workload was on par but it was the first time Elliott played less than three-quarters of the snaps in a game that wasn't a blowout. Elliott is fully expected to play in Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings but Tony Pollard figures to see some touches as well.
Zeke is the RB13 in numberFire's Week 11 fantasy rankings. Our models project him for 14.0 FanDuel points and he has a salary of $8,000 on the main slate. Elliott is averaging fewer than 4.0 yards per carry for the first time in his career and he ranks 40th out of 52 running backs with at least 50 carries in numberFire's rushing efficiency metric.
