Eagles' Miles Sanders (ankle) doesn't practice Wednesday, considered "day-to-day"
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders did not practice Wednesday ahead of the team's Week 8 game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Head coach Doug Pederson described Sanders' status as "day-to-day," though the star running back wasn't able to even get in a limited session. The Cowboys look lost without a quarterback, so the team may choose to be more cautious with their top back. If he can't go, expect Boston Scott to lead the way once again.
The Cowboys have been dominated on the ground through 7 weeks, ranking 30th in the NFL in adjusted net expected points allowed per pass play.
