Chargers' Justin Jackson (knee) expected to play Sunday
Los Angeles Chargers running back Justin Jackson (knee) is expected to play in the team's Week 7 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jackson was able to log a full practice to finish out the week and should be close to a full go for today's game, but it would make sense for the Chargers to lighten his workload a little with Austin Ekeler (hamstring) already on the injured reserve.
Jackson asserted himself as the team's lead back in Ekeler's absence ahead of rookie Joshua Kelley in Week 5, but Kelley still handled 12 touches despite his secondary role. Whoever leads the way in Week 7 will face a Jaguars defense allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs so far in 2020.
