Packers confident in A.J. Dillon if needed against Texans in Week 7
Green Bay Packers running back A.J. Dillon could see additional touches against the Houston Texans in Week 7 if Aaron Jones (calf) is ruled out.
LaFleur said he has "a ton" of confidence in rookie running back A.J. Dillon to do anything that Aaron Jones would have been asked to do against the Texans. Jones is a game-time decision with a calf injury, and if he is ruled out, Jamaal Williams is expected to see to a large role against the Texans on Sunday. Dillon would also mix in and likely see the largest number of touches of his young career thus far. The Texans defense is ranked 31st against running backs in numberFire's advanced stats.
The Packers are 3.5-point favorites over the Texans in Week 7. Their implied team total of 30.25 points is the highest team total on Sunday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
