Chiefs' Sammy Watkins (head) exits early against Chargers in Week 2
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins left Week 2's game against the Los Angeles Chargers early with a head injury.
Watkins was on the receiving end a helmet to helmet hit that forced him to leave the game early. No official update has been provided on Watkins, but he is highly unlikely to return during the overtime period of the game and will likely need to clear concussion protocol to be eligible to play in Week 3.
Watkins had 1 reception on 3 targets for 11 yards before his injury.
