Vikings' Dalvin Cook planning to report to training camp on time
Vikings' running back Dalvin Cook is expected to report to training camp on Tuesday amid threat of a potential hold out.
Cook reportedly told Mike Zimmer that he intends to show up to training camp on time. This matches recent reporting that Cook's holdout was unlikely to last, due in part to a lack of leverage and to the team's history of awarding contract extensions during the first week of training camp. Anything can happen still, but as of right now, all signs point to Cook reporting for camp.
Cook is the RB4 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our models project him for 268.0 carries, 1,196.1 rushing yards, 60.5 catches (79.6 targets), 538.7 receiving yards, and 12.1 touchdowns.
