Henry Ruggs reportedly signs with Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders signed first-round rookie wide receiver Henry Ruggs to a four-year, $16.67 million contract, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Ruggs is expected to sign the four-year, fully guaranteed deal in a few days. It's worth $16.67M with a fifth-year option. Ruggs averaged 13.5 yards per target as a true junior last season, ranking second-best in this year's draft class. The No. 12 overall pick could quickly emerge as the Raiders' top wideout ahead of Tyrell Williams and Hunter Renfrow.
