Update: Dolphins' Albert Wilson (concussion) won't return in Week 14
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Albert Wilson is out for the remainder of the team's Week 14 game against the New York Jets.
What It Means:
Wilson suffered a head injury in the second quarter and was evaluated for a concussion. After he was looked at, it was confirmed that he does indeed have a concussion and will not return to Sunday's game.
Before exiting, Wilson had one catch for five yards on two targets.
