Chargers' Melvin Gordon preparing for a difficult game against the Titans in Week 7
Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon talked to reporters about the Tennessee Titans defense this week. Gordon said "Every year I've played the Titans since I've been with the Chargers. They play us well, regardless of the record it won't be easy."
Gordon handled just 11 total touches in the Chargers' blowout loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6 and is averaging just 6.1 FanDuel points per game since his return from a multi-week holdout. Gordon is right to be wary of the Titans defense, our power rankings have them rated 3rd overall and they should make things difficult for the Chargers' offense on Sunday. Our models project Gordon for 13 FanDuel points in Week 7.
Gordon's Week 7 projection includes 62.7 rushing yards, .37 rushing touchdowns, and 3 receptions for 23.2 receiving yards. He is priced at $6,600 and is the RB19 in our weekly rankings.
